Etihad Airways - Worst onboarding customer service personnal
SYED WAQAS, manager at Chicago airport, is the worst manager, created worst experience to most of the passengers.He tried to make money on cabin baggage of women and laptop bags, by weighing cables, hand bags.He is rude towards passengers.
He made me to pay 125$ for my hand bag weight. I would request a refund for that amount.
Also threatened that he will allow us to board and will hand over the passengers to airport security.Which is disgusting and heartening to see airlines cause trouble to passengers from different countries.
