SYED WAQAS, manager at Chicago airport, is the worst manager, created worst experience to most of the passengers.He tried to make money on cabin baggage of women and laptop bags, by weighing cables, hand bags.He is rude towards passengers.

He made me to pay 125$ for my hand bag weight. I would request a refund for that amount.

Also threatened that he will allow us to board and will hand over the passengers to airport security.Which is disgusting and heartening to see airlines cause trouble to passengers from different countries.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $125. srujana is overall dissatisfied with Etihad Airways. The most disappointing about etihad airways baggage policy at Etihad Airways was service and greediness in making money illegally , but reviewer liked airlines frequency. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

Hi, It is sounding hard for you.That is what happened.

Almost 10 -12 passengers argued for the trouble caused by the manager. Some argued and payed , some kept on discussing for the reason, as they are not carrying any much.

Please check the last minute payment details happened on that day, for the flight from Chicago to abu dhabi.Almost at the end of boarding time.
