First we couldn't Check in online for an international flight.When we called the customer care, which is by the way in UAE, said they couldn't Check in either and they had a problem on their site.

Second, when we tried to Check in at their counter in the Hyderabad airport, they said they wouldn't Check us in because we din't have a return ticket since it was a business visa. Since when does an airways have authority create rules regarding visa? That too in the last minute?

There is no such requirement on the USCIS website itself, who the *** are you to take charge of visa and stop us from boarding when we have confirmed tickets??We should sue you for harassing the customer and such irresponsible service while taking a large sum assuring a good service.
