When a passenger buys a ticket he is protected by some basic international rules.Those rules start with the respect of the passenger's rights and on the reliability of the customer service and off course on the absolute transparency of the transaction ,if any of these basic aspects fail,specially if in a chronic manner we are surely dealing with dishonest and incompetent behavior ..in the last few years,suing companies like these has become common practice,for both sides unmeasured damages,but the companies mechanism,does not bear the extra stress that the passengers pay. For such reasons the extra weapon of the victim is to publish denounce and ban for good the access of such companies to the trust of non properly informed individuals.The most common trap is the proposed of a lower cost trip,which in the end will be total loss in case something goes wrong like overbooking ,inverted personal names,cancelled flights etc So study your rights and divulge all wrong doing,,we can ban these companies from existing in a very efficient way...
