I have spent an incredible large amount of time submitting proof of evidence and communicating with the baggage claim team. After 4 months of me emailing them and waiting for a reply, they finally responded and agreed to pay the reimbursement for a new baggage.
I supplied all required forms (Reference 543538) but never received the $150 we agreed upon for the damaged baggage. I have emailed the baggage claim team, many times with no response. I initially lodged the baggage claim form in April and this is still ongoing 6 months later!!!! I am still waiting and emailing them regurlarly.
I am incredibly disappointed about this customer service.
We travelled business class Australia-Germany and expected a positive experience. but this is below standard and unacceptable.
