Appalling customer service

Way too long to explain. Complaint started in June 2022 and still unresolved. Worst customer service I have come across in years.

User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs - and this comes from a gold card member.

There is no response about my complain

When pandemic happens in the world me and family tickets can not use because of that situation. We request to refund our tickets but after long discussion with travel agent, at least they only release government tax only. The whole tickets become invalid. Even the fuel charge etc willnot be valid wheter its not use. We feel regret for that matters.

Food service

I was flying from Cochin to New York on 19th September,2022 by Ey 281 and EY 101. Though we ordered Diabetic meals for me and my wife when seats were booked. But we were not served the meals as booked. The crew told us that our names are not on the special food list. It was medically necessary. I showed the confirmation regarding the special food. Lost my suitcases

Very cheap quality airline, I traveled at 10/08/22 from Birmingham to Islamabad during this trip they lost my main suitcases, since one month I am trying to contact Regarding lost suitcases and compensation but I did not get any response, almost i have more then £10000 , please be avoid to use of this time and money wast airline

Baggage policy is very poor comparatively other air lines,.

For the last one week I am trying to contact your customer care service, hardly I have the option to chat with them. Apart from cabin luggage, other air lines permitting more than 20 kg, but you people offering only 7 kg Cabin luggage. We are very much disappointed with this policy.
