Etihad Airways - Not impressed
My granddaughter and I flew to London via Abu darbi on the 15 of January.My first complaint was when we were checking in,I asked the gentleman very politely if it was possible for us to have a spare seat next to us ,his reply was quiet short with answer being no it's a full flight.That was fine not much you can do about that so I accepted his answer.Upon boarding the flight we quickly realised this actually wasn't correct.There were in fact lots of empty seats.Some rows only had 1 person in them so he actually lied to us.Idont appreciate being lied too.So I was pretty upset not a great start to a 24 hour flight.The next thing I have an issue with is the cabin staff.You can press your call button but I was never answered.I also don't think you are offered enough water and the food isn't very sustaining.The next problem I have is every flight we took was late leaving.On our flight home we were late leaving London on the 11of feb.So that made us have to run to catch our connecting flight in Abedahbi ,so then that flight was late leaving because they had to wait for connecting flights luggage.That actually would have been ok except they forgot a whole container so our luggage didn't arrive home until 36 hours later.My luggage contained medical equipment that I needed but it seems nobody cared and I was told 5 different times to expect my luggage .Never again and when I rang to complain I was told you could only submit an email ,not actually talk to a person

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Baggage management, Delayed flights, Baggage managment.
