You can report the baggage as missing at the airport where your last flight landed and then your luggage can be sent to you with a partner airline over Europe. *Max

Donโ€™t rest until youโ€™ve spoken to someone, have a pen in your hand, and are filling out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) claim for your misplaced luggage. Be sure to note down the case number of your bags.

The more detailed your claim, the better off youโ€™ll be. Donโ€™t leave anything blank on the form (especially contact information) and, if you can, provide an itemized list of what you packed, including the value of each item.

You might not know this,____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ but the airline is required to provide you with funds for a few โ€œessential itemsโ€ while you wait for your luggage to either turn-up or be declared โ€œlostโ€.

As I mention above, one of the most important things to include in your claim is your local address. Do not offer or agree to return to the airport to retrieve your bags.

Even if the agent claims that it will be on the next flight and asks you to wait in the airport, politely but firmly decline that suggestion. If your bag hasnโ€™t arrived with you, the airlineโ€™s baggage office (or contract agency) is now responsible for getting it to you and should be willing to cover the cost of a courier to do so.Flight destination, however, baggage handed over and purchased baggage delivery on Etihad Airways in Cairo. I did not misplace this bag. Etihad Airways or luggage customer service lost 1 piece of luggage on a 1 flight per day to Chicago Illinois The onus is on Airlines that sell passenger tickets.what is my file reference number please, thank you FEB 19 2019
