Hello, I want to complaint about my lost luggage, and absolute lack of any communication from the baggage department. I have tried calling multiple baggage contacts in multiple destinations from this list: http://www.etihad.com/Documents/PDFs/baggage/etihad-baggage-contact.pdf .
Not a single contact number responded. I just want to know where my luggage is. I also tried contacting the customer service, BBB and other phone numbers listed on their site. No one bothers to answer the phone.
No one on the social media sites is helpful either. Now I have absolutely no way of knowing where my luggage is. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced.
