Respected Representative, I am writing to file a complaint that I did not get my luggage at LHE airport. I filed luggage claim request and attached it the file reference number and details of the baggage.

Even after 4 days, there is no trace. Customer service is terrible. No body is answering the calls in AHU and no reply what so ever. Bag brand: Delsey Bag Color: Black Bag size: 22' Reference Number: LHEEY24049 Flight number: EY243 Booking Reference: IEYPDC Is it possible for you to trace my bag and inform me the expected arrival time?
