Dear sir My name is DR KHALID FAROOQ RAZVI On recommendation from my friends and professional associates I along with my wife decided to fly your air lines We Had a flight from MADINA to HYDERABAD VIA Abudabi We flew BUSINESS CLASS no transport was sent to us in MADINA HOTEL AL SHAZA which was told to us so we took our own taxi at 2AM When we checked in and told the guy at the check in luggage as priority he did not and at HYDERABAD AIRPORT our luggage came last wait time one hour We also had a txt from Hyderabad by your office that they would provide transport that did not arrive for another 40mints We were exhausted and my elderly mother in law was panicking at home waiting causing her And us a lot of stress Your ground staff were informed by us All in all it was very painful experience Details 27Dec. 2016 flight EY346 MADINA TO ABU DHABI EY276 27/12/2016 ABU DHABI TO HYDERABAD I expect a response from from your company My e mail razvi@***.co.nz Warm regards Dr RAZVI
