My baggage was delayed for 2nd days now. on 25th June 2017, I took a 0930am flight from Kuala Lumpur to Abu Dhabi with transit at Muscat.

Arrived at Abu Dhabi on EY 383 flight at 1510pm on the same day. I Made a report at Baggage Services with reference number AUHEY90172. After 1 day delayed, they sms me the baggage was found and will be sent to Abu Dhabi soon.I received sms again from 6229 saying the baggage already arrived at final destination, but nothing happen after 2nd days.

I called EY Baggage service at 97125998485 few times but nobody answer. I tried to traced online via WorldTracer but failed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Etihad Airways Baggage Policy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lost luggage, Baggage management.
