Hi Temekia, I can see that your ticket is still ok to use. You'd just need to call your agent to change the travel date for you.

If you're traveling on the same route and change your date for traveling up to the 31st March 2021, the changes should be free of charge. *Sky

Lost baggage item

While travelling from toronto to delhi via abu dhabi , i have list my apple 12 pro max mobile phone from my baggage. Charges for calling the Etihad customer support team

Ridiculous call charges for the call centre. I was charged AED 230 (USD 63) for one call only because Etihad website was not showing my Booking for a confirmed seat on my return flight.

never made any changes to my flight or booking. The reason of calling was only to obtain the information about the booking since online booking system of Etihad was unable to search for my booking. The charges were imposed by my Telco SP.

have spoken with the Contact centre Agent and he said that passengers with existing booking have different policy by the airline assigning seats. I told him this isn't fair cause anyone with an existing booking should be given priority over selling seats to new...

I was schedule to travel back to Toronto on Jun 27th, 2021 from KHI to Toronto and last night got an email that my booking was cancelled and for KHI - AUH segment. spoke with an agent and clearly was told the next available flight for me is after the July 19, 2021. On the internet there are seats available on Etihad.

Dear Etihad team, Thank you for your reply. I understand the situation which is beyond anyones control.

however in the cancellation email or during my call with an agent. she could have explained to me about the flight cancellation. I was told that my seat was cancelled. On the other hand the next available flight I was told is available after July 19th.

whereas online Etihad was selling seats for July 5th and onward.

The agent had told me that she cannot do anything about that and the seats on her system was showing to be available after July 19th which is pretty strange. My experience with all the other airlines have been different and I would have been accommodated with an earliest flight rather than being pushed for an available flight almost a month later.
