Etihad Airways - Lost Baggage on 27 July and No one is giving any feedback!
I am having the same experience as Nadeem. Etihad did not deliver one of the baggages and now no one is answer neither Menziaviation (Etihad partner for baggage service in Australia), Etihad office phone number, or the feedbadk option in the website. What is worse is, I manage to get the email of Etihad Vice President of Guest Experience (Calum Laming) and wrote to him with no response! That give you a hint how things being handled inside Etihad. I wrote this hoping that someone inside Etihad really care otherwise i will report this to Abu Dhabi Aviation and see how things goes.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $3200.
